Thank you for visiting my Blog page, where I share real estate information and invite you to ask questions that I can respond to privately or use for a future blog topic. I work with people to resolve their real estate needs! Been doing this successfully for over 3 decades.
The real estate services I provide include the listing and sale of existing home & condominiums, Buyers Agency Representation for residential purchases, New Home/Builder Construction representation and Acreage/Land Sales.
I am a firm believer in serving the best interests of my clients! I also participate in networking, charitable and community activities as I am a big believer in giving back and building ongoing relationships.
Let me share with you my career path:
I began working in my family's home building company after graduating from University of Missouri in 1978. I learned this business literally from the ground up! I developed land for subdivisions and was in charge of field operations, scheduling home construction & Customer Service Quality Control for 8 years.
In 1985 I earned my real estate license and joined Gundaker Realtors, becoming the lead sales consultant for Royal Homes and Wm. Kelly Development. I also created a corporate sales program for the Gundaker Realtors New Home Division's 'Builder Referral Program'.
I earned my Missouri Broker's License in 1989. I continues to further my education and earned the MIRM designation from the national Homes Builders Associations and GRI designation from the National Association of Realtors.
By 1993, seeing changes ahead in the real estate industry, I was prepared to make the leap and opened my firm, St. Louis Realty Services Inc. Soon afterwards I created the Variable Rate Listing Program to offer my clients cost saving options with full service. I am also an experienced Buyer's Agent representative, allowing me to service a client's sale and purchase moves.
With so many families served, so much knowledge and experience to share and with changes in technology, I have turned to social media! So please, view my growing library of blog presentations and feel free to suggest topics!
